Der Countdown läuft – Lanzarote, ich komme!!!
Am Samstag, den 02. April 2011 ist es wieder soweit:
1 Woche hartes Wettkampf-Vorbereitungs-Training auf der Vulkan-Insel Lanzarote.
Zusammen mit einem Bekannten werde ich bei schönen Temperaturen um die 30°C meinen Trainingsplan absolvieren. Mein Trainingstag beginnt um 6:30 Uhr mit dem Fettverbrennungs-Lauf am Strand. Anschließend frühstücken und dann geht’s weiter mit 5-stündigen Radeinheiten. Je nach Wind-Verhältnisse geht’s dann mit Schwimm-Training im offenen Meer weiter. Ich hoffe, dass ich meinen Trainingsplan so gut wie möglich einhalten und durchführen kann damit ich gut vorbereitet in eine erfolgreiche Wettkampf-Saison starten kann.
